Had a great experience! We don’t have dental insurance and they were very understanding and willing to work with the treatment plan to make it as cost-friendly as possible! Dr. Bateson also had great tools and resources when working with amalgam fillings to reduce the mercury exposure as much as possible, very grateful for that!

Angela Bateson and her team are absolutely wonderful. I snapped off a tooth in my sleep, traumatic and they worked hard to fix my smile. Addressing all my concerns each visit and thoroughly explaining what is going to be done, so that I understand every step of the way. Thanks for helping me fall in love with my smile again!

Right from the very first phone call all the way to end of my very first appointment I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Dr Bateson's office. I felt like my whole person mattered to them, I'm not just another number. I highly recommend this office, especially to those who have a dread of going to the dentist.

Dr. Bateson and her staff are ALWAYS incredibly friendly and personable. Her hygienists remember every detail about me and my children; that is a huge deal when you have multiple kids going regularly! We have had regular preventative care with Dr. Bateson and her team as well as Invisalign and teeth whitening care-- in all aspects, she educated us and walked us through how to properly maintain good dental health. This office truly cares for our family like we are their own!

Dr Bateson and her staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and always put me at ease. I recently had an emergency visit ( they fit me right in) and they were able to finish the work while I was there and charged me for a regular visit instead. Going to the dentist can be unpleasant but I like Dr Bateson and her staff. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Bateson and the entire staff here are very professional and courteous. Extremely accommodating to my ever changing schedule when work had me traveling all over the place at the drop of a hat and they would work around my schedule to fit me in. Once you've been there a few times and you walk in the door they greet you by name and treat you like apart of their family. It's a great atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. When it comes to the dental work, after neglecting my teeth for years, Dr. Bateson and her team take pride and strive for perfection with every little detail in their work. I've had several crowns and fillings done and they take their time with each individual item to make sure it's the best work they've done. I couldn't be happier with my choice when I decided to come here.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Bateson and her staff do exceptionally high quality work. They go above and beyond. I have never been to a dental practice this good. They truly take care of you. Additionally, the laser they use for fillings didn't hurt at all and they didn't need to numb me. I got 3 fillings in under an hour and could eat/drink as soon as I left.

True story: I've been to 4 dentists in my 38 years and Dr Bateson's office is HANDS DOWN the best around. I called in 12/19 on a whim, hoping they were accepting new patients (they were). I was able to get in for half of a deep clean on 12/20, and I'm going back on 12/21 to finish. Scheduling was a breeze! The hygienist, Nicole was so fun to chat with, attentive, and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. She suggested applying for the Care credit so I got approved and got some financial help and owed $0 today. I offered front receptionist Keira (sp?) my phone, and she went above and beyond to finish signing me up with CareCredit while I continued to be worked on. If you need a dentist with a kind staff and that treats you with respect, call Dr Bateson's office!

I have never felt more at home and left with a better understanding about mouth health than I did today after visiting Dr Bateson as a new patient. Her hygienist, Nicole, was so friendly and so patient. Kiera the receptionist was able to help me get set up with CareSource on my phone so I could get approved for extra payment help. What a great group! If you need a dentist and don't want to feel like a number, call Dr Bateson's office!

Listen. If you need a dentist and dental hygienist who DON'T speak to you like you're a loser for needing dental work- this is the place! I have had less than great experiences with dental care in the past, which led me to not really seek dental care the way I should have - leading to now less than optimal oral health. I am SO glad I reached out to Angela Bateson and her team. My visit was thorough, straight to the point and I feel like this is the BEST care I've recieved in a very long time. My dental issues were explained and demonstrated to me on xray and pictures. My plan of care included my input and started right away (my first visit). Cost, deductible, etc were explained to me BEFORE treatment, so I knew what to expect to pay out of pocket. Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and reassuring. I honestly can't say enough GOOD about this office. If you were looking for a sign, this is it. Call them!!

They seemed nice enough, very clean and well organized office. My dentist of 25 years retired so I had to switch. They told me all the things wrong with my teeth my previous dentist never did. They redid one of my fillings and they didn't do it correctly so I had to have it done AGAIN, and now that tooth hurts. My dental coverage switched and I'm now with Dr Lewis and have been very happy with her. This was my 20th review request via text, so I thought I would accommodate.

Awesome & friendly staff that were so thorough and informative. I especially enjoyed that the office had so many windows. The natural light and beautiful view was definitely a relaxing bonus for me. Angela even spoke with me extensively at the end of my appt about some dietary concerns I had that related to my oral health. She provided helpful advice and resources to which the hygienist even took the liberty to write down for me. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing visit. Dr Bateson and her staff were simply wonderful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The office is state of the art. All the rooms are partitioned off and the office has high ceilings and lots of windows so you don't feel claustrophobic. My hygienist (Christy) used an ultra sonic scaler to clean my teeth. They took x-rays of my teeth along with 3-D imaging of my teeth. Pretty wild seeing a 3-D image of your mouth on the scanner. Dr. Bateson is straight forward and gives an honest assessment. She is as sharp as a tack. This office's staff gives the warmness of being at Cracker Barrel, and the office itself is spot clean with all updated equipment. I highly recommend!

I'm not a fan of going to a dentist at all. These lovely ladies helped me figure out a plan and help me fix my dental needs. I was impressed how they worked with my insurance coverage to lessen the blow to my wallet by utilizing my dental coverage. If you're looking for an excellent dentist this is the only place I will go from now on. Make an appointment and see for yourself.

I had severe tooth pain, I called Dr.Bateson and they were able to get me in the very next day being a new patient. Turns out after my examination I needed a root canal done. Dr. Bateson was able to do it the same day as well as fixing up a filling at no extra cost. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly they were able to get me in and fix my issue. I would recommend Dr. Bateson and her team any day!!
