Victoria is the friendly face who welcomes you to Bateson Dentistry and helps ensure every visit runs smoothly from start to finish. As our Front Desk Manager, she is dedicated to creating a positive and stress-free experience for each patient who walks through our doors.

With knowledge of scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication, Victoria works hard behind the scenes to keep everything organized and efficient. She enjoys helping patients understand their insurance benefits, answering questions, and making sure financial arrangements are clear and comfortable.

Victoria takes pride in building relationships with our patients and making them feel valued and cared for. Her warm personality and attention to detail help create the welcoming atmosphere our office is known for.

In her free time, Victoria coaches cheerleading for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. She is passionate about mentoring young athletes, building confidence, and encouraging teamwork and leadership. She brings that same enthusiasm, positivity, and dedication to her role at Bateson Dentistry each day.
