Located in Findlay, Ohio, Angela B Bateson, DDS is a thriving, family-owned comprehensive general dental practice with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care. We’re currently accepting applications for a Dental Office Manager to join our team. Please note this position will require relocation within 50 mile radius of the office.

An Office Manager's responsibilities include:


  • Leading and managing the team, including front desk, treatment coordinators, assistants, and orthodontists
  • Creating and maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth practice flow
  • Handling patient concerns and resolving issues professionally and promptly
  • Managing financial tasks such as billing, collections, and insurance processing
  • Supporting front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering calls, and processing payments
  • Monitoring office performance and ensuring exceptional patient experiences from start to finish

Requirements


  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • At least 2 years of experience as a dental office manager or team leader preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive, patient-focused mindset
  • Full-time availability
  • Willing to relocate within 50 miles of office location
